1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the kg99b platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and kg99b.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. kg99b reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Verification

The registration process on kg99b requires you to provide truthful personal details. During Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

kg99b processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Internet banking via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — subject to individual bank processing times.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-24 hours of the request being approved, subject to KYC verification status. Processing delays may occur during national public holidays including Eid, Durga Puja, and Victory Day.
• kg99b does not accept or process transactions involving cards or accounts registered in names other than the verified account holder. Third-party payment transfers are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kg99b periodically offers bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The default rollover is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the rollover condition is satisfied in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to re-claim a welcome bonus will be terminated without recourse.
• kg99b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who attempt to exploit or abuse bonus mechanics may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit unless explicitly stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins above the stated cap will be forfeited automatically.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg99b platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action where applicable:

• Using any form of software, algorithm, robot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other form of financial crime using the kg99b platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any platform personnel to gain an unfair result in any game.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from kg99b's software, games, or platform infrastructure.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (including accounts under different names or mobile numbers) for any reason, including circumventing promotional restrictions or existing account bans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kg99b platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software code, user interface design, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kg99b or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from kg99b.

The kg99b name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any medium — including social media, third-party websites, printed materials, or digital advertising — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg99b, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures.
